REGULATIONS
for granting the TIE scholarship
to students involved in electronic packaging education
(with focus on PCB interconnection structures)
1. The TIE scholarship is granted as a result of competence certification to students interested in electronic interconnection techniques using CAE-CAD-CAM methods.
2. The TIE scholarship is granted to students either on bachelor level, either on master/doctoral level but only for 2009 graduation.
3. In order to receive the TIE scholarship the students must participate at the TIE activities, both on local and final stages of the contest.
4. According to current regulation the students obtaining the first three results at the TIE contest will be granted the scholarship for a duration of 10 months, conditioned by the maintenance of their student status.
5. The TIE scholarship worth 500 RON/month for the first place, 250 RON/month for the second place and 130 RON/month for the third place.
